Turkish Scholars Association (TSA) is an independent, non-partisan organization founded in 2005 with the mission of creating a common platform for all Turkish scholars who are recipients of merit-based Turkish government scholarships to study abroad.

TSA's primary objectives are to help maintain

1. an open channel between the scholars and the policy-makers in Turkey; and
   
2. a support network for its members so that they gain positive experiences in their educational, academic and professional endeavors.

Despite its recent establishment, TSA has been growing rapidly with members joining from the United States, Canada, Japan, Turkey, the United Kingdom and other countries.
